Background: Publication and promotion of the profession as a sports actor has not been seen optimally. One that shows this is that it is difficult to find traces of the legality of the profession, its achievements, and its relationships. Some of these traces are very important to know because they can be a measure of the quality of services so that the public can determine the appropriate sports players to meet the needs of services in the field of sports. For this reason, it is necessary to develop an online system that makes it easier for the public to obtain information related to sports actors. As well as helping sports actors for the publication and promotion of their profession. Objectives: The purpose of the research is to develop a Sport Human Connection (SHC) system that can help sports players for publication and promotion of their profession. Methods: This research method uses research and development methods. The research subjects were sports actors (coaches, athletes, management of sports institutions, masseurs, and physiotherapists) as many as 60 people. The selection of research subjects was done randomly. The data collection technique was carried out by conducting a survey. The research instrument used closed and open questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative data analysis and narrative analysis. Results: From the data obtained from the research subjects, it can be said that the SHC system has benefits for the publication and promotion of the profession of sports players with the support of features that display professional legality, achievements, relations, and communication features. Conclusion: Looking at the results of the study, it can be concluded that the SHC system provides the benefits of publication and promotion of the profession of sports players.

Two hundred eighty-seven introductory psychology (IP) instructors representing 212 institutions of higher learning participated in an anonymous, online national survey of topical coverage in the course. Instructors ranked the degree of importance of the American Psychological Association (APA) pillars of psychology and the amount of class time focused on these major content areas. They also indicated whether they covered, in class and in assigned readings, 20 topical areas associated with the pillars as well as research methods. The survey results point to a high level of homogeneity in how IP is taught across different types of institutions. The APA pillars were well represented in how instructors structure the IP course. Overall, instructors were generally balanced in the emphases they placed on the five APA pillars in their classes, although the biological pillar was ranked higher than the other pillars. Instructors from applied areas of professional psychology also ranked the mental/physical health pillar higher, and the cognitive pillar lower, than their counterparts from basic content areas. Although instructors may place somewhat greater emphasis on the APA pillars they deem more important, they do not appear to give short shrift in class to pillars they rated as somewhat lower in importance. Traditional topical areas in the field, which largely correspond to chapters of standard textbooks in the field, were highly represented with respect to both class coverage and assigned readings.

This case study aimed to change the construction of teachers' written tests so that items were designed to assess competencies in an authentic and challenging way. A small group of five psychology teachers participated in 10 sessions of an authentic assessment faculty-training program, to learn to assess problem-solving competencies for situations typically faced by professionals in the workplace. The authentic assessment training emphasized the incorporation of three main characteristics: (1) inclusion of a realistic context, (2) measurement of higher order thinking skills, and (3) development of evaluative judgment, concerning the quality of their own performance. Post-training the items´ construction was analysed, according to their type and authenticity. Mixed effects logistic regression showed a statistically significant increase in open-response items, and two-way ANOVA indicated that cognitive challenge improved. The results showed written tests had: a) more open-response items of higher cognitive complexity, b) fewer items requiring closed, memorized responses, c) more use of realistic contexts to measure knowledge in a situated way, and d) improvement in curriculum alignment of tests and greater consistency in measuring competencies. These advances validate the authentic-assessment training program for a better written assessment design.
