Intrusive growth of sclerenchyma fibers

Abstract: Abstract-Intrusive growth is a type of cell elongation when the rate of its longitudinal growth is higher than that of surrounding cells; therefore, these cells intrude between the neighboring cells penetrating the middle lamella.
