Investigation of diazo‐derivatization of bisphenol A and its applicability for quantitation in food safety inspections using high‐performance liquid chromatography

Abstract: Bisphenol A (BPA) is a common additive in food packaging materials, and many methods have been discovered to limit BPA for the sake of food safety. This study aims to find a more sensitive quantification method for BPA.
