Summary The choice of great places for installation of solar power plants has become a key issue in terms of project planning because of the increased number of investments in the photovoltaic sector. This study is a systematic review of the literature that seeks to identify the determining factors in choosing the best location for solar photovoltaic power plants, through previous research on the application of renewable energy technologies in great contexts of location. Among a total of 130 academic studies filtered by the keywords “photovoltaic energy,” “power plants,” “location,” and “factor” on the bases ScienceDirect, Scopus, Web of Science, and IEEE, a total of 27 studies were identified. These articles were carefully explored, including years of publication, countries of origin, and identification of factors that each author demonstrated. It has been extracted 28 factors, organized in six points of view: socioenvironmental, location, economic, political, climatic, and orographic. It was verified that the determining factors for choosing the best locations are solar irradiation, substation distance, slope, distance of roads, distance from urban areas, and land use. The results of this research may assist academic students and investors in identifying factors that they should consider in their decision making and may also assist in the efficient planning of renewable energy management to ensure the sustainable development of power generation through the photovoltaic source.

RESUMOÉ crescente a busca por alterna vas de transporte mais sustentáveis, com uso de menos recursos e que causem menos impactos ao meio ambiente. Esta pesquisa busca avaliar a ecoeficiência de veículos leves para transporte de cargas, através de métodos de apoio à decisão, para orientar a escolha da alterna va com melhor desempenho econômico e ambiental. A avaliação de desempenho destes veículos foi desenvolvida com a u lização de um modelo híbrido composto de duas técnicas de apoio mul critério à decisão conhecidas: AHP e TOPSIS, para a classificação das alterna vas. O modelo AHP-TOPSIS foi considerado robusto e bastante adequado para resolver esse po de problema. Os resultados desta pesquisa ajudam a iden ficar o nível de desempenho dos veículos e elaborar um ranking com base na ecoeficiência, o que ajudará a orientar o julgamento dos decisores no momento da escolha do veículo. ABSTRACTThe search for more sustainable transporta on alterna ves, with the use of fewer resources and with less impact on the environment, is increasing. This research aims to evaluate the ecoefficiency of light vehicles for cargo transporta on, through decision support methods, to guide the choice of the alterna ve with beEer economic and environmental performance. The performance evalua on of these vehicles was developed using a hybrid model composed of two known mul criteria decision techniques to classify the alterna ves: AHP and TOPSIS. This model was considered robust and quite adequate to solve this type of problem. The results of this ar cle aim to iden fy the performance level of the vehicles and to elaborate a ranking based on ecoefficiency, which will help to guide the judgment of the decision makers in the choice of the vehicle. Abstract:For interaction between dry port and sea port, rail-sea multimodal transport is the main transportation and organization mode. The extended construction of corridors of rail-sea multimodal transport needed to be studied further. It will help to establish unified mechanism of transportation coordination, realize compatible standard transport rules, and promote the development of enterprises of sea and dry ports. Take Ningbo-Zhoushan sea port as an example, the options of multimodal transport corridors from Ningbo-Zhoushan to southwest areas are analyzed and optimized. In this paper, a TOPSIS decision model based on entropy weight is proposed, helping to effectively select the optimal multimodal transport plan. It is concluded that the best transport plan of 20 feet container from Ningbo-Zhoushan to Chengdu and Guiyang is the direct railway transport. The best transport plan of 20 feet container from Ningbo-Zhoushan to Kunming is the goods transported by rail from Ningbo-Zhoushan to Chongqing and then road from Chongqing to Kunming. Finally, it is suggested that promote the extension and radiation of port function and invest in the construction and operation of dry port.
