Investigation of Total Flavonoid, DPPH Radical Scavenging, Lipid Peroxidation and Antimicrobial Activity of Allium schoenoprasum L. Plant Growing in Van Region

Abstract: Öz: Bu çalışma, Allium schoenoprasum bitkisinin etanol ektresinin, insan sağlığını etkileyen bazı antioksidan parametreler ve patojen mikroorganizmalar üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bu kapsamda, A. schoenoprasum etanol ekstresinin antioksidan etkisini belirlemek için DPPH (1,1-difenil-2pikrilhidrazil) yöntemi kullanılmıştır.
