Abstract:Natrium carboxymethyl cellulose (Na-CMC) is a cellulose derivative that is produced commercially in greater amounts than other cellulose derivatives. Natrium carboxymethyl cellulose (Na-CMC) is a linear cellulose polymer and is an anion compound that is biodegradable, odourless, colourless, non-toxic, tasteless, flexible and transparent.
