Abstract: This study examines the effect of perceived supervisor support on employees' intention to quit, and the mediating role of employees' work stress in this relationship. The data set of the research consists of 395 questionnaires obtained from the employees of 33 city hotels in Adana and Ankara. The data collected have been analyzed through SPSS 24 program.
