Islamic Law and Trademark Protection

Abstract: Protection of trademark in Islamic Law is covered under verses of the Holy Quran and traditions of Prophet Muhammad ï·º. Trademark is one of the component of Intellectual Property Law, which is protected under Islamic Law.
