Isolamento social em tempos de pandemia do COVID-19 e sua relação com a obesidade

Abstract: Introdução: A obesidade é uma doença crônica, multifatorial e que gera repercussões sistêmicas; caracterizada por um Índice de Massa Corporal (IMC) maior que 30. O isolamento social na pandemia do COVID-19 interferiu diretamente no tratamento dos pacientes obesos e adoeceu pacientes antes sem a comorbidade.
