ISOLASI DAN IDENTIFIKASI SENYAWA ANTIOKSIDAN GOLONGAN FLAVONOID DARI EKSTRAK ETIL ASETAT DAUN PRANAJIWA (Euchresta horsfieldii Lesch Benn.)

Abstract: ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan aktivitas antioksidan dan mengidentifikasi senyawa golongan flavonoid yang terkandung dalam ekstrak etil asetat daun pranajiwa (Euchresta horsfieldii Lesch Benn.). Uji aktivitas antioksidan dilakukan secara invitro dengan metode DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-pycrylhidrazyl). Teknik pemisahan dilakukan dengan kromatografi kolom dan diidentifikasi dengan spektrofotometer FTIR dan UV-Vis.
