“…Among the methods studied recently, elemental powder metallurgy (EPM) is an innovative technique for producing defect-free TiAl which can divide into hot-pressing sintering, hot extrusion, high isostatic pressing(HIP), mechanical alloying, plasma injection synthesis, self-propagating high temperature synthesis(SHS) and detonation synthesis. Generally speaking, these methods are not independent, they are often combined with two or more [1][2][3]. Among these methods, hot pressing sintering is the most effective and commonly used experimental method which was introduced in this work.…”
