Penajam Paser Utara (PPU), an Indonesian land for rural and urban areas, has gained attention as the proposed location for the country's new capital city (Ibu Kota Nusantara/IKN). PPU has a unique socio-cultural environment presenting a blend of traditional rural values and urban influences. The uniqueness creates variants of Indonesian with a local dialect used by people in IKN, particularly students. The research aims to observe the incorporation of unique words and expressions that reflect the local culture and lifestyle of IKN students and to identify language trends in their digital communication. The research data consists of a corpus of WhatsApp messages exchanged by IKN students, comprising 63,414 tokens with a total frequency of 1.9 million words. The corpus linguistic method was employed for data analysis, using various features such as word lists, collocations, concordances, word plots, and ngrams. The 1findings reveal that the corpus's most popular word and the highest frequency is 'aku ' [I, me, my]. That is unique considering that students in PPU come from diverse linguistic backgrounds, including Dayak, Banjar, Kutai, Bugis, and Javanese. Interestingly, no personal pronouns originating from the local languages were found in the data. Besides, the authorship attribution analysis results in 3-5 variations of word writing based on n-gram data, reflecting the vibrant cultural diversity of Indonesia, and highlighting the unique identities and expressions of different regions and communities that converge in IKN.

Introduction: The growth of urbanization, as a result, has led to a higher number of motor vehicles, due to which there has been a considerable increase in traffic volumes in recent years. The existing road capacity and service levels do not fully meet the current needs of commuter traffic and transport. Along with providing fixed route services, transit systems integrated with these services have become a necessity for the community. Method: The research design includes selecting a case study area, Lahore. The means of systemization that have been adopted to achieve the objectives of the research carried out include topic selection, comprehensive literature review in the context of local and international scenarios, data collection covering primary and secondary, data analysis using Excel and SPSS software, interpretation of data and placement of appropriate proposals. Result: The main result of this study is that by improving public transport safety and public transport management, people's preference for using public transport will increase. Also, public transport's cleanliness and service level will increase; hence, the preference for using public transport will increase. Conclusion: The research's recommended solution for the city of Lahore has been designed locally to meet the majority problem, as the solution must be low-cost, environmentally sustainable, and responsive to the social demands of the local community.

“…In terms of economic growth and equity, government and commercial activities based in DKI Jakarta hinder the growth of new economic centers outside Java Island (Hasibuan, 2020), then in terms of ecology, the reason for the need to move IKN is because DKI Jakarta is too dense, full of permanent buildings, lack of water source reserves, and air pollution (Hutasoit, 2018) . In terms of disasters, flash floods that often hit DKI Jakarta are one of the fundamental issues that support the idea of relocating IKN (Yahya, 2018), while according to Ridhani et al (2021) from a social point of view of the population, the rapid surge in urbanization and social inequality between high-income and lowincome people are also factors that strengthen the number of IKN transfers.…”

This study looked at how work readiness for fresh graduates in the capital of the new country, especially fresh graduates in the city of Samarinda. The research was carried out with the aim of determining the work readiness of fresh graduates in finding jobs in the capital of the new country. This type of research is carried out using qualitative research methods using phenomenological methods. The data collection method used in this study was by interviews and observations. The subjects of the study were also determined using purposive sampling techniques. This research also uses data analysis techniques in the form of preparing data, reading the entire data, coding data, applying the results of data coding into several themes to be analyzed, presenting several themes in the form of narratives and interpreting data. The results of this study showed that the four subjects, namely AKP subjects, WDY subjects, JSF subjects, and LND subjects had similar work readiness even though the four subjects had different backgrounds. The main factors of fresh graduate work readiness are interest, knowledge, physical condition, and personality, so that the four subjects are believed to have good work readiness in the new national capital environment.
