Italian wine sustainability: new trends in consumer behaviors for the millennial generation

Abstract: PurposeThe role of sustainability is predominant in many aspects of consumer purchasing decisions. It should be noted that Paoloni and Cosentino (2021) endorse the management skills of women during COVID-19, with a good response to the pandemic because of the better management of both financial and environmental indicators as pointed out by Gazzola et al (2022).
