Abstract

IzMaIņas lIetas dalībnIeku sastāvā cIvIlprOcesā changes In cOMpOsItIOn Of partIcIpants In cIvIl prOcedure summary Civil cases may last a notable period of time, during which significant changes may occur. This also means possible changes in the composition of participants of a case. This article is devoted to the concept of participants and to the changes in participants' composition from several points of view. Author analyses the understanding of changes in participants' composition, legal consequences, procedural regulation, Latvian court practice.
