Ka-Band Doppler Scatterometry: A Strong Wind Case Study

Abstract: Global joint measurements of sea surface winds and currents are planned using satellite-based Doppler scatterometers operating in the Ka-band to achieve improved spatial resolution and retrieval accuracy.
