Keine Angst, es ist nur Gentrification?

Abstract: Am Beispiel der Landeshauptstadt Düsseldorf untersucht der Beitrag, wie sich soziale Benachteiligung, Verdrängungsdruck und Kriminalität aus der Sicht der Bewohner_innen des Bahnhofsgebiets darstellen und welche Bedeutung allgemeinen sozialen und ökonomischen Ängsten im Hinblick auf diese Frage zukommt.
