Kelarutan Senyawa Fenolik dan Aktivitas Antioksidan Daun Kelor (Moringa oleifera) di Dalam Rumen Secara In Vitro

Abstract: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji degradabilitas polifenol dan aktivitas antioksidan daun kelor (Moringa oleifera) di dalam rumen secara in vitro. Daun kelor dan lamtoro (Leucaena leucocephala, sebagai pembanding) diinkubasikan dalam cairan rumen kambing selama 48 jam secara in vitro.
