The problem of damage to the irrigation network in the Cipicung Irrigation Area (D.I) in the canal is due to high deposition caused by sediment and garbage deposition. So that research is needed to determine the magnitude and effect of sediment deposition and household waste on damage to irrigation networks with the aim of optimizing the performance of irrigation canals in distributing water to optimal conditions. This research method uses descriptive qualitative analysis which complements each other with multiple and mathematical regression. The results of his research showed that the overall volume of sediment deposition in the canal was Vq = 39.80 m3, the volume of waste Vs = 2.1 m3/day, and the change in the overall cross-section of the canal was A = 2.3 m2. With statistical results, that the multiple correlation coefficient (R) = 81.9% or simultaneously X1, X2, X3 has a strong influence on Y, namely R2 = 67%, with Fcount 17.63 > Ftable 2.98 and sig. 0.0001 <0.05. So that the priority aspect of the criteria for evaluating the condition of the irrigation network is included in quadrant III, where the condition of the irrigation network in D.I. Cipicung needs to be repaired on the primary, secondary and tertiary irrigation canals on the side of the canal lining with construction, then removal of sediment and garbage to the normalization of the canal and periodic maintenance also needs to be done to avoid quite high operational costs.
