Keterampilan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru

Abstract: Manajerial Kepala sekolah merupakan hal yang harus dilakukan secara terencana dan kontinyu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan manajerial Kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 6 Semarang.
