Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlibatan orang tua dalam membina minat anak untuk melanjutkan usaha keluarga dengan memberikan pendidikan kewirausahaan yang mengandung nilai-nilai kewirausahaan. Desain penelitian fenomenologis kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan informan utama terdiri dari tiga pemilik usaha kuliner beserta tiga orang anak sebagai penerus usaha legendaris di Kota Malang. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dideskripsikan sebagai berikut: (1) orang tua telah memberikan pendidikan kewirausahaan yang mengandung nilai-nilai kewirausahaan untuk menumbuhkan minat anak dalam melanjutkan bisnis keluarga yaitu, percaya diri, tanggung jawab, berani mengambil risiko, optimisme, berorientasi masa depan, disiplin, jujur, kepemimpinan, kreatif, dan inovatif; (2) orang tua memberikan pendidikan kewirausahaan yang mengandung nilai-nilai kewirausahaan dengan melibatkan anak untuk membantu mengelola usaha keluarga dan memberikan contoh bagaimana mengelola usaha yang dijalankan keluarga, karena anak akan melihat apa yang dilakukan oleh orang tua. (3 orang tua memberikan pendidikan yang demokratis dimana anak dapat memilih karir yang diminati tentu dengan pengawasan dan bimbingan dari orang tua.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of interests, attitudes, and knowledge on the entrepreneurial skills of Hamzanwadi University students. The analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, using a saturated sample, that is, the number of population is equal to the number of samples. The results of this study indicate that the interest variable has no significant effect on entrepreneurship skills seen from the observation t value (0.032) < t-table (1.98), then the attitude variable has a significant effect on entrepreneurship skills because the observation t value (0.232)> t-table (1.98), and the knowledge variable has a significant effect on entrepreneurial skills as seen from the observation t value of (0.267)> t-table (1.98).

This study aims to determine the effect of skills training on diversification of processed fish products and community development to increase entrepreneurial interest in Randegan Kulon Village, Jatitujuh District, Majalengka Regency. This research is a field research with quantitative descriptive approach. The research variables consisted of fish processing diversification training and community development as independent variables and entrepreneurial interest as the dependent variable. The sample in this study was productive communities in Randegan Kulon Village, Jatitujuh District, Majalengka Regency were 50 respondents. Research methods used questionnaire, interview and observation instruments while the data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 20. The results of hypothesis testing showed that the diversification of fish processed training and community development had a significant effect on the interests of entrepreneurship in the community in the Randegan Kulon Village Jatit Tujuh, Majalengka Regency with a Significance value of 0,000 <0.05 and a coefficient of determination which states that the independent variable influences the dependent variable by 0.847 or equal to 84.7% and the remaining 15.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
