Kewenangan Majelis Kehormatan Notaris Dalam Perspektif Hukum Administrasi Negara

Abstract: <p>Kewenangan badan tata usaha negara tentunya harus didasari pada asas legalitas. Asas ini berlaku agar badan tata usaha negara itu tidak bertindak diluar kewenangannya, termasuk Majelis Kehormatan Notaris. Namun eksistensi Majelis Kehormatan Notaris sebagai badan tata usaha negara masih diragukan legalitasnya.
