Kiai's Leadership in Managing Human Resources

Abstract: The focus of this article review is Kiai's leadership in managing human resources at a modern boy boarding school in Southeast Sulawesi. The purpose of the study is to explore Kiai's leadership practices in aspects: 1) human resource planning; 2) organization of human resources; 3) leadership of human resources; and 4) supervision of human resources.
