Ki̇ck Boks Antrenörleri̇ni̇n Fi̇zi̇ksel Akti̇vi̇te Düzeyleri̇ni̇n Değerlendi̇ri̇lmesi̇

Abstract: ÖZETBu çalışmanın amacı, kick boks antrenörlerinin fiziksel aktivite düzeylerinin değerlendirilmesidir.Çalışmaya, yaş ortalamaları 30,85±8,25 yıl, boy uzunlukları 1,69±0,517 m., vücut ağırlığı 63,42±9,887 kg. ve antrenörlük yaşı ortalaması 5,62±4,519 yıl olan toplam 13 bayan, yaş ortalamaları 34,85±7,41 yıl, boy uzunlukları 1,73±1,95 m., vücut ağırlığı 76,96±10,039 kg. ve antrenörlük yaşı ortalaması 9,87±5,603 yıl olan toplam 79 erkek kick boks antrenörü gönüllü olarak katılmıştır.Bu çalışmada, kick boks antre… Show more
