Knowledge retention in ERP implementations: the context of UK SMEs

Abstract: Knowledge retention (k-retention) is vital for various enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), though it is a highly demanding and challenging task.
