Knowledge sharing in technology-intensive manufacturing organizations

Abstract: Purpose This purpose of this paper is to identify and prioritize the critical factors impacting knowledge sharing (KS) in technology-intensive manufacturing organizations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and to propose a decision-making framework for KS.
