Abstract: ZusammenfassungIn diesem Beitrag wird ein Messsystem vorgestellt, das aus der Kombination eines phasenmessenden Interferometers mit einem Hartmann-Shack-Wellenfrontsensor besteht. Die beiden Sensoren nutzen einen gemeinsamen optischen Strahlengang einschließlich eines Mikroskobjektivs, das auf die zu messende Oberfläche gerichtet ist.
