Abstract: Zusammenfassung Fragestellung: Die radikale Hysterektomie nach WertheimMeigs wird als Standard der operativen Behandlung des Zervixkarzinoms im Stadium FIGO I b sowie FIGO II a betrachtet. Die erweiterte Radikaloperation schließt die Hysterektomie unter Einschluss einer Scheidenmanschette (Sicherheitsabstand über 2 cm), die Mitnahme beider Parametrien sowie der Ligamenta sacrouterina bis zur Beckenwand hin ein.
