“…(ii) OWL ontologies, which provide the organisational information models at the heart of our approach, can be created in tools such as Protégé [41]. (iii) Logical reasoning over such ontologies can then enable information integration, quality control and query answering, using OWL reasoners [42,43,44] or ontology-based query answering systems [45,46]. Moreover, many RDF databases also have their own built-in lightweight OWL reasoning support, and Stardog in fact bundles a complete OWL reasoner to support even expressive ontologies.…”

“…We use the datalog engine RDFOx [15] in both implementations. We evaluate the performance of our chase based implementations against Konclude [19], a very efficient OWL DL reasoner, and PAGOdA [20], a hybrid approach to query answering over ontologies. PAGOdA combines a datalog reasoner with a fully-fledged OWL 2 reasoner in order to provide scalable 'payas-you-go' performance and is, to the best of our knowledge, the only other implementation that may solve CQ answering over Horn-SRIQ ontologies with completeness guarantees, albeit only in some cases.…”

“…Moreover, as a part of the EU funded project COMSODE, we participated on re-publishing other datasets published by Czech, Slovak, Italian and Dutch public bodies and several pan-European datasets in 5-star representation 3 . We also helped two Czech governmental bodies to publish their Open Data as 5-star data (the Czech Social Security Administration 4 [75] and the Ministry of Finance 5 ). We presented the publication results to Open Data consumers at several community events.…”
