Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan peran yang ditunjukkan oleh kelompok teman sebaya dalam mempengaruhi keputusan karier; 2) mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan karier. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui secara mendalam terkait peran teman sebaya dalam pengambilan keputusan karier siswa. Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti melakukan wawancara terstruktur kepada keenam orang siswa kelas XII. Wawancara yang dilakukan dengan pedoman wawancara peran teman sebaya dan faktor pengambilan keputusan karier yang telah diuji melalui uji validitas konstruksi (judgement experts). Kemudian, data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles and Huberman yang terdiri dari data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) peran kelompok teman sebaya terlihat pada aspek dukungan sosial, moral dan emosional; kebebasan berpendapat, bertindak atau menemukan identitas diri. Sedangkan aspek sebagai agen sosialisasi dan mengembangkan keterampilan tidak terlalu ditemukan pada teman sebaya. 2) Faktor kondisi lingkungan sangat berpengaruh dalam pengambilan keputusan karier. Sedangkan untuk faktor belajar tidak terlalu berpengaruh dalam pengambilan keputusan karier. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hendaknya teman sebaya bisa memilih teman yang dapat dijadikan sebagai role model dan Guru BK dapat memfasilitasi pembentukan kelompok teman sebaya yang membahas terkait permasalahan karier agar siswa bisa secara mandiri mengambil keputusan karier. Abstract: This study aims to: 1) describe the role shown by peer groups in influencing career decisions; 2) identify the causal factors that influence career decision making. This study uses a qualitative approach to know in-depth the role of peers in students' career decision-making. In collecting data, the researcher conducted structured interviews with the six students of class XII. Interviews were conducted using peer role interview guidelines and career decision-making factors that have been tested through construction validity tests (expert judgment). Then, the research data were analyzed using themodel Miles and Huberman consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed: 1) the role of peer groups was seen in aspects of social, moral and emotional support; freedom of opinion, action or self-identity. While the aspects as agents of socialization and developing skills are not found in peers. 2) Environmental conditions are very influential in making career decisions. Meanwhile, the learning factor is not very influential in making career decisions. Based on the results of the study, peers should be able to choose friends who can be used as role models and guidance and counseling teachers can facilitate the formation of peer groups that discuss career issues so that students can independently make career decisions.

This study aims to describe parents’ social support with learning achievement in the subject of akidah akhlak (moral theology) at MTsN (Islamic Junior High School) 3 Sijunjung, as well as to see the correlation between parents’ social support and learning achievement in the subject of akidah akhlak in students at MTsN 3 Sijunjung. This research is a correlation study using a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics in the SPSS version 21 program and Pearson Product Moment Correlation (r). This study used a quantitative research approach with data collection using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The research subjects were 138 students of MTsN 3 Sijunjung who were in grade VIII. The results showed that the average value of parents’ social support was 66.1667, which means that parents’ social support was at the moderate category level. At the same time, the average value of learning achievement in akidah akhlak subject is 69.8188 at a moderate level. The results show that the correlation coefficient was 0.428. This means that the strength of the correlation is at a moderate level. There is a significant correlation between parents’ social support and learning achievement in akidah aklak subject because the very significant correlation value is 0.000. This result shows that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So that the greater the parents’ social support, the better the learning achievement of the students of MTsN 3 Sijunjung. It is because the results of the coefficient distribution are positive. The finding in this study is that the greater the parents’ social support, the better the student’s achievement in akidah aklak subject.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peranan dukungan keluarga dan teman sebaya pada masa pembelajaran daring terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa melalui kebiasaan belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis eksplanatori dan teknik analisis data menggunakan partial least square (PLS) dengan konstruk reflektif. Sampel yang diambil adalah mahasiswa pendidikan geografi angkatan tahun 2020 dan 2021 Universitas Siliwangi sebanyak 100 orang mahasiswa secara proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan dukungan keluarga dan teman sebaya menjadi variabel eksogen, kebiasaan belajar menjadi variabel mediasi dan prestasi belajar menjadi variabel endogen. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa dukungan keluarga dan teman sebaya memiliki tingkat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kebiasaan belajar, selain itu kebiasaan belajar mempengaruhi prestasi belajarAbstract: This study aimed to analyze the role of family and peer support during online learning on the students through study habits. The method used in this research is quantitative with explanatory type and data analysis technique using partial least square (PLS) with reflective construct. The samples taken were students of geography education classes of 2020 and 2021 at Siliwangi University, as many as 100 students by proportional random sampling. This study analyzes the relationship between family and peer support as the exogenous variable, learning habits as the mediating variable, and learning achievement as the endogenous variable. The results of this study are that the support of family and peers has a significant level of influence on study habits and that study habits affect learning achievement.
