Kontribusi Kompetensi Profesional Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi kompetensi profesional dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expost-facto dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 41 orang guru yang berstatus PNS.
