Korlátozó attitűdök intézményvezetők körében

Abstract: Az alábbi tanulmányban egy friss kutatás alapján bemutatom azokat a rejtett és nyílt attitűdöket,amelyeket intézményvezetők, általános iskolai igazgatók és igazgató-helyettesek körébentártunk fel. Olyan attitűdöket kerestünk, amelyek döntően befolyásolhatják az intézményi hatékonyságot,eredményességet és méltányosságot, vagyis az oktatás-nevelés minőségét.
