Kualitas Air Tanah Di Tempat Pembuangan Sampah Sementara Di Kelurahan Tembilahan Kota Tahun 2020

Abstract: Masalah peningkatan volume sampah salah satunya terjadi di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Show more

“…The highest E. coli concentration was found at A4, whereas A3 exhibited the lowest concentration due to its substantial depth of 80 m. This finding aligned with previous report that investigating groundwater quality in temporary garbage collection site in Indonesia. This report suggested that the E. coli concentrations were higher at shallow depth compared to deep groundwater, which was likely attributed to the infiltration of surface soil and the surrounding environment [19]. The highest concentrations of ESBL-Ec in groundwater samples were observed at A4 from the second sampling, with a concentration of (2.3 ± 0.2) × 10 1 CFU/100 mL, followed by A1 from the first sampling, which exhibited a concentration of (6,5 ± 2.3) × 10 0 CFU/100 mL.…”
