Kualitas Mikroorganisme Lokal Dari Keong Mas Dengan Berbagai Jumlah Bahan Yang berbeda

Abstract: Golden snail is a snail which is commonly found in rice fields which can cause damage to rice plants. The golden snail is known as a pest of rice plants because it can damage thousands of hectares of rice seedlings at an early age in a short period of time but will be beneficial if it is managed as a microorganism. Local microorganisms are microorganisms used as starters in the manufacture of solid organic fertilizers and liquid fertilizers as well as fast growing decomposers in agricultural systems. The purpo… Show more

“…Temperatures below 22°C can inhibit microorganism activities, while temperatures above 55°C can lead to microorganism death. The research results indicate that the generated temperature meets the standard for the fermentation process, indicating active microorganism activity from the first to the seventh day [14]. Furthermore, the pH parameter delineates that, AR124 and MOL on the seventh day had a pH of 4.…”

“…Several previous studies also stated that GAS were used as liquid organic fertilizer [5], [6]. Apart from that, GAS can also be used as bioactivators or local microorganisms (MOL) to stimulate plant growth [7]- [9]. One of the bacteria in GAS is also a phosphate-solubilizing bacterium that produces the phytohormone IAA, a hormone from the Auxin class that stimulates plant growth [10].…”

“…Several studies have been carried out to explore the potential of these decomposing organisms in decomposing organic materials.Mas snail pests contain high levels of protein and fat so they have the potential to be a source of local microorganisms and are very good as decomposers in the composting process [5]. Local microorganisms (MOL) from golden snails contain Aspergillus niger which has the potential to produce cellulase enzymes which function to degrade cellulose [6], [7].Composting EPOFB made from decomposer from golden snails produces organic C of 26.9%, and a C/N ratio of 21.18 in accordance with the criteria of Minister of Agriculture Regulation Number 70/Permentan/SR.140/10/2011 [8]. Rumen fluid contains many bacteria, one of which is cellulolytic bacteria which have the ability to degrade cellulose [9].…”
