Abstract: ABSTRACK  The aim of this paper is study the effect of health service quality on elderly satisfaction in Puskesmas Mantrijeron. Mix methods approach is used to answer the purpose of this study which quantitative method with scaled indeks to determine the quality of satisfaction services with variabel services.
