Studi ini bermaksud mencermati strategi yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Yogakartadalam mengembangkan kota menjadi kota pintar (smart city). Penelitian ini menggunakan metodepenelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data studi pustaka(desk study) dan wawancara (interview). Studi pustaka dilakukan melalui pelacakan data sekunder.Wawancara dilakukan dengan organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD) yang berperan sebagai leadingsector dalam pengembangan smart city serta OPD lain yang memiliki keterkaitan denganpengembangan smart city. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa pengembangan smartcity di Kota Yogyakarta dilakukan dengan melanjutkan atau memanfaatkan apa yang sudahdilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta terutama terkait dengan pemanfaatan TIK dalampenyediaan pelayanan publik serta menjalin kemitraan dengan stakeholder lain yang memilikiketerkaitan dengan pengembangan smart city.
ABSTRACK The aim of this paper is study the effect of health service quality on elderly satisfaction in Puskesmas Mantrijeron. Mix methods approach is used to answer the purpose of this study which quantitative method with scaled indeks to determine the quality of satisfaction services with variabel services. Qualitative approach used to explain how elderly reponses about the services. The conclusion of the research is, service quality in Puskemas Mantrijeron to eldery is “excellent” as indicated of 86.74 score. ABSTRAKTulisan ini menelaah mengenai kualitas pelayanan Puskesmas Mantrijeron terhadap masyarakat lansia. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian ini adalah mix method dimana metode kuantitatif dengan skala indeks dipergunakan untuk mengetahui ukuran kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan variabel layanan. Metode kualitatif dipergunakan untuk menggali secara mendalam respon masyarakat lansia terkait dengan pelayanan yang dirasakan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil pelayanan yang ada Puskesmas Mantrijeron “SANGAT BAIK” yang ditunjukkan dengan skor 86,74.
Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan hantaman yang cukup keras bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. UMKM yang memiliki peran strategis dalam menopang pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional menghadapi permasalahan yang cukup pelik di masa pandemic ini. Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat komunitas Buka Lapak Unisa (Bu-Lisa) dilakukan denga tujuan mempertahankan omset penjualan pedagang UMKM dalam komunitas di masa pandemic ini. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini adalah workshop. Workshop dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali, yaitu workshop manajemen bisnis online, workshop mengelola bisnis secara efektif dari rumah dan workshop etika bisnis online. Output dari kegiatan pengabdian ini dari anggota komunitas adalah agar anggota komunitas dapat memanfaatkan media online yang ada untuk memasarkan produk. Masih diperlukan sejumlah program lanjutan untuk membekali anggota komunitas agar tetap dapat memasarkan produknya di era pandemic ini.
This study focuses on modeling community empowerment programs for MSMEs affected by Covid-19 in DIY. Pandemic Covid-19 that have occurred since the end of 2019 has impacted the cessation of activity of MSMEs in DIY. The absence of activity in the tourist area, the implementation of online learning has a slight influence on this condition. The research method used in this research is descriptive exploratory qualitative research method. The purpose of this research is to determine the appropriate empowerment model for MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic and to contribute in the form of an aca-demic policy paper for relevant stakeholders. This study uses a desk study and interview technique. Desk studies are carried out through secondary data tracking. Interviews were conducted with regional apparatus organizations (OPD) which handle MSMEs and MSMEs' actors. From the research conducted, it is known that the efforts made by the Provincial / Regency / City Governments within the scope of DIY or CSO in order to help MSMEs actors to survive in this pandemic situation if they are framed by using the empowerment models are used the second and third models. The second model seeks to strengthen the potential or power possessed by the community by implementing concrete steps, accommodating various inputs, providing good infrastructure and facilities. The third model seeks to empower the community in the sense of protecting and defending the interests of the weak community. From the research it conclude that the model of empowering MSMEs affected by Covid-19 in DIY, both carried out by the local government and by CSO such as Muhammadiyah / 'Aisyiyah is done to strengthen the potential or power possessed by MSMEs by implementing real steps, accommodating various inputs, providing infrastructure and facilities good and empowering the com-munity in the sense of protecting and defending the interests of MSMEs.
