Abstract: Les auteurs reviennent sur l’idée de temps choisi que les lois Aubry du 13 juin 1998 et du 19 janvier 2000 ont ravivée en posant avec plus d’acuité la proposition de l’invention d’une nouvelle articulation des temps sociaux.
