Abstract: At the end of the year of 1895, Wilhelm Roentgen presented to the medical community his X-rays discovery. The first notice that came to the Mexico National School of Medicine arrived through a letter coming from the Office of Justice and Public Instruction written by the Secretary of Foreign Relations.
