Abstract: Résumé -Objectif :Répertorier les caractéristiques épidémiologiques, étiopathogéniques, cliniques, histologiques et thérapeutiques de la sialométaplasie nécrosante (SMN). Results: NSM is an uncommon benign disease of salivary glands. Usually, NSM affects the minor salivary glands of the hard palate.
