La voix de l’Union Européenne sur Twitter : de l’usage de la diplomatie publique par le Service des Affaires Étrangères (SEAS)

Abstract: L’article aborde l’utilisation de la plateforme interactive Twitter par le Service Européen pour l’Action Extérieure (SEAE) comme instrument stratégique de son approche de la diplomatie publique.
