Late Presentation of D-TGA Complicated by Functional Glenn Shunt Obstruction Led to SVC Syndrome 10 Years Later: a Rare Case Report

Abstract: We describe a complicated case of dextro-transposition of the great arteries (d-TGA) that was treated unusually late at age four by Glenn Shunt operation with pulmonary artery banding. She presented fteen years later with superior vena cava syndrome as a consequence of Glenn shunt failure and was managed conservatively.
