Le gouvernement de l’Union européenne revisité : l’éclipse du « dirigisme communautaire »

Abstract: L’objectif de ce texte programmatique est d’inciter les recherches sur l’UE à aborder plus frontalement les changements dans la manière dont elle se gouverne depuis le milieu des années 1990. L’hypothèse défendue est la suivante : les effets combinés des orientations de politique économique adoptées après le Traité de Maastricht, puis au moment de l’élargissement à l’Est, ont largement amputé l’UE de son équipement politique dirigiste.
