Learners with Experience in Surgical Scrub Benefit from Additional Education with an Interactive E-Learning Module

Abstract: Most common criteria listed for considering applicants for interview in addition to Step scores included: letters of recommendation (88%), clerkship grades (78%), personal statement (73%), MSPE (67%), AOA status (63%) and publications (58%). 85% reported considering medical school attended when reviewing applicants; 76% listed at least one criteria for this metric.
