Online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic was very interesting to observe because learning can be done anytime and anywhere. However, Covid-19 has an impact on the learning process in schools and students’ thinking abilities. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the differences in the improvement of mathematical lateral thinking skills between students who received challenge-based learning through sparkol videoscribe and those learning through WhatsApp. The research method used was a quasi-experimental, non-equivalent control group design. The sample was randomly selected from four parallel high school classes in the city of Bandung, namely class X 1 who learned through videoscribe sparkol and class X 3 who studied via WhatsApp. The instrument used is a test of mathematical lateral thinking ability and a test of prior mathematical knowledge. Data analysis was done using two-way ANOVA. Findings: A difference was observed in the achievement of mathematical lateral thinking skills between students who carry out learning through sparkol videoscribe better than those learning through WhatsApp based on prior knowledge of mathematics in the smart, medium, and low categories. Challenge-based learning sparkol videoscribe makes it easier for students to understand the material, the construction process, interaction, and reflection, thereby increasing the ability to think mathematically, laterally. Studying history may be very boring for students. This is what makes history learning less effective. Education is an effort aimed at developing personality and abilities for life. In education, students are individuals who are different from other people in a class. This explanation can be seen in terms of ability. Every country must have a national identityTraditional dances in Indonesia are very diverse and have their characteristics. This is because the ethnic groups in Indonesia are very numerous and diverse. With advances in technology, it can be used as an alternative learning solution that is more creative and efficient. Therefore, it is the basis for expanding the application of learning about the history of heroes and dances on rupiah banknotes using the Augmented Reality Marker Training method. It is important to have a useful means of displaying and introducing each national hero featured on a particular currency By utilizing these technological Advances we can visualize images more realistically and in real-time, this is what will attract the interest of users, especially students, to use this application as a medium for learning the history of heroes and introducing regional dances found on the rupiah currency

Teacher’s competence in designing learning is one of the important aspects in getting the success of education. Based on preliminary research, any teacher didn’t make a learning design in teaching. Professional teacher certainly has variety experiences. However, experience-based training has rarely been given for the professional teacher. This research aimed to produce and determine the effectiveness the LCL model-based Experiential Learning training model to improve teacher competence in designing learning. It was developed based on Borg and Gall R&D model, carried out until the seventh stage using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The average validity score is 82.5 categorized as highly deserving by validators. ANCOVA's test results showed that there is a significant difference between classes, with the value of [F= (1,58), D=83,29, ρ=0.000, ƞρ2=0,58] significance value ρ=0.05. Based on the LSD table, the average corrected value of the treatment group was 72.84, while the control group was 45.69. It concluded that the training model is feasible and effectively used. This training model can be used as an alternative training to improve teacher competence, especially in designing learning that meets the elements of the 21st century learning paradigm and it has been completed by training tools such as module, guides and necessary hands-out.
