Learning organization is vital to the development of any Nation, because of its capacity to enhance skill development, decision making capabilities, and knowledge. Hence learning organization's is a slogan for achievement and sustainability in an organization. A lucrative organization is an organization that devote with utmost intentionality in continuous learning and job enrichment (Budhiraja, 2022). The wide deficiency broadly spread in Nigerian SMEs in employing and utilizing the dimensions of learning organization which has birthed below the benchmark achievement of their business hence the gap in the study. SMEs in Nigeria have been tagged has having a barrier to success, and bankruptcy due to various dangerous issues, including firm size. Cross-sectional survey method was utilized based on the ability to capture a singular mark in time, acquiring info from a group at a single point and matching participants, and a simple random sampling technique was employed due to its suitability for homogeneous demography gives members of the sample the liberty to be selected. Also, the validity of all scales was established using confirmatory analysis, which demonstrated satisfactory reliability. The study utilized SmartPLS version 4.0 in the execution of the algorithm and bootstrapping using a two-tailed technique. The findings from the analysis using structural equation modelling indicate that the dimensions of a learning organisation have a symbolic influence on the size of small and medium-scale enterprises (SMEs) in Nigeria. The implication of the findings is that the findings will assist management in diagnosing and systemizing strategies to address the persistent challenge that has hindered the industry's progress over time. It will also help them in achieving the organisational goals, gaining a competitive edge, and preparing for the uncertainties and dynamic nature of the business landscape.

Digital maturity encompasses a company’s performance on the path to digital transformation. Various barriers can hinder the improvement of companies on the path to digital maturity – such as organizational culture and various human elements. The starting point for this study was that, regardless of digitization, the human factor is becoming an increasingly important resource in organizations and that digital maturity models (DMM) also focus on these aspects. The purpose of this study is twofold: to investigate the emergence of organizational culture and the human factor in DMMs through a comparative analysis and conduct empirical research in Hungary. In this study, we also aim to investigate the different factors of digital maturity of Hungarian companies and find a correlation with digital maturity based on the characteristics of a learning organization. According to our hypothesis, companies with the characteristics of a learning organization achieve a higher level of digital maturity. To prove this, we surveyed 776 Hungarian companies using a structured questionnaire. Based on our survey, we confirmed the hypothesis using three variables: the business organization anticipates and predicts change, focuses on long-term impacts when making organizational decisions; employees can achieve personal success.

Change in organizations becomes an essential element for the attainment of competitive advantage and survival of organizations in a highly competitive environment. This study investigates the direct influence of learning organizations on organizational innovation and affective commitment to change. Moreover, this study also examines the moderating role of psychosocial safety climate between the relationship of learning organizations and organizational innovation and affective commitment to change. 303 permanent employees from the manufacturing and service sectors participated in this study for the data collection purpose, and data was collected by adopting the time-lag technique through a self-administered process. The data analysis was performed using MS Excel, SPSS, and AMOS. The study's findings evidenced the direct influence of learning organizations on organizational innovation and affective commitment to change. Moreover, a higher psychosocial safety climate enhances the organizational innovation and affective commitment to change in learning organizations. The present research findings are helpful for the management of manufacturing and service sector organizations that by utilizing the concept of the learning organization, they can enhance the level of organizational innovation and affective commitment to change. Moreover, the psychosocial safety climate of the organization also plays a vital role in this regard. The present study highlights the importance of learning organizations to enhance organizational innovation and affective commitment to change by modifying their schemata through a psychosocial safety climate.
