Abstract: Zusammenfassung Hintergrund Die Holmium-Laser-Enukleation der Prostata(HoLEP) wurde vor gut 20 Jahren als wirksame Alternative zur transurethralen Resektion der Prostata(TURP) eingeführt mit vorteilhafterem Nebenwirkungsprofil.
