Left ventricular diastolic dysfunction and diseases severity contribute to impaired exercise capacity in systemic lupus erythematosus

Abstract: Objectives Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) have a higher risk of myocardial involvement, which can result in ventricular dysfunction.
