Legal significance of information contained in the unified register of pre-trial investigations and individual issues of its use in law enforcement

Abstract: The article raises a debatable issue regarding the legal significance of the information contained in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations, the use of such information in order to establish the circumstances relevant to criminal proceedings and evidence.
