[spa] Las carreras salariales por cohorte de 1967 a 2000 . . La evolución de los salarios individuales puede repartirse según las evoluciones comunes a toda la economía (efecto de fecha), según las relacionadas al ciclo de vida (efecto de edad) y las propias de cada cohorte (efecto de cohorte). El efecto de cohorte se mide por el salario permanente, el cual corresponde a la media de los salarios percibidos por los individuos que pertenecen a dicha cohorte. De una cohorte a otra, el salario permanente aumentó hasta las cohortes nacidas al principio de los años cuarenta, y bajó hasta la cohorte nacida en 1956. Después, la baja de la remuneración anual percibida se debe esencialmente a la baja del número de días trabajados al año y al desarrollo de las formas particulares de empleo. Es mucho más fuerte entre los hombres que entre las mujeres. Al contrario de los hombres, estas siguen beneficiándose de un efecto de cohorte favorable. Entre las generaciones nacidas después de 1950, se ha roto el equilibrio de antes entre la progresión del salario con la edad y la remuneración de los nuevos entrantes. La remuneración de estas generaciones al principio de la vida activa se ha degradado, pero este retroceso se ha compensado por una progresión más rápida al principio de la carrera. Este nuevo equilibrio va a la par por otra parte con una diferenciación mayor de las trayectorias individuales dentro de las cohortes. Estas divergencias de recorrido entre asalariados afectan más a la progresión de las remuneraciones que a su nivel. Die Entwicklung der individuellen Löhne lässt sich in drei Komponenten untergliedern: Entwicklungen in der gesamten Wirtschaft (Zeiteffekt), Entwicklungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Lebenszyklus (Alterseffekt) und Entwicklungen in jeder Kohorte (Kohorteneffekt). Der Kohorteneffekt wird anhand des ständigen Lohns gemessen, der dem Durchschnitt der Löhne entspricht, den die Individuen einer Kohorte bezogen haben. In den einzelnen Kohorten nahm der ständige Lohn bis zu den Kohorten zu, die Anfang der vierziger Jahre geboren wurden, und ging dann bis zu der 1956 geborenen Kohorte zurück. Seitdem ist der Rückgang des Jahreslohns hauptsächlich auf die Abnahme der Anzahl der jährlich gearbeiteten Tage und das Aufkommen besonderer Beschäftigungsformen zurückzuführen. Bei den Männern ist er spürbarer als bei den Frauen. Im Gegensatz zu den Männern ist der Kohorteneffekt der Frauen weiterhin günstig.
