Abstract:Leser-Trélat syndrome (LTS) is a rare cutaneous paraneoplastic syndrome that barely affects patients with head and neck cancer. Here we present a case of 58-years old male presented with skin manifestation consistent with a sign of Leser-Trélat. A close investigation of the patient revealed that he had a recurrent laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
