ÖzÇalışma, öğrencilerin uygulama alanlarında karşılaştıkları şiddeti belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Haziran 2010 tarihinde bir haftalık sürede bir üniversitenin sağlık yüksekokulu hemşirelik öğrencilerine uygulanmıştır. Okulda toplam 360 öğrenci bulunmakta olup; 53'ü dördüncü sınıf, 60'ı üçüncü sınıf, 114'ü ikinci sınıf, 79'u birinci sınıf ve 102'si hazırlık sınıfında eğitim görmektedir. Hazırlık sınıfındaki öğrenciler uygulama dersleri bulunmadığından araştırmaya dahil edilmemiştir. Öğrencilerin %70,58'ne ulaşılmıştır. Öğrencilerin uygulama alanlarında çoğunlukla maruz kaldığı şiddet türü sözel şiddet ve cinsiyet ayrımcılığı olup şiddet uygulayanların kendi meslektaşları olduğu belirlenmiştir.Anahtar Sözcükler: Hemşirelik öğrencileri, Klinik ortam, Şiddet, Sözel şiddet, Cinsiyet ayrımcılığı ABSTRACTThe study was made to determine violence experienced by nurse students in clinical settings. It was applied to the School of Health Nursing Student of a university during a week in June, 2010. There were 360 students, 53 of whom were senior, 60 of whom were thirdyear, 114 of whom were sophomore, 79 of whom were first-year and 102 of whom were prep-school students, at the school. Students in preparatory classes were not included in the scope of the study since they didn't take applied courses. 70,58% of the students were reached. It was determined that the students were often exposed to verbal abuse and sexism in clinical setting and the abuse was performed by their colleagues.

Similarly, Longo and Sherman (2007) suggest that superiors manipulate behaviour and often protect the bully instead of the victims. Orientation: Because workplace bullying has detrimental consequences on the profitability, work quality and turnover intention of organisations, this phenomenon should be addressed. Perceived Organisational Support (POS) was explored since factors such as role clarity, job information, participation in decision-making, colleague support and supervisory relationships might act as buffers against workplace bullying, subsequently influencing the turnover intention of the organisation.Research purpose: To investigate the role of POS as moderator in the relationship between workplace bullying and turnover intention across sectors in South Africa.Motivation for the study: Workplace bullying is a worldwide concern and it is unclear whether perceived organisational support moderates the relationship between workplace bullying and turnover intention.Research design, approach and method: A cross-sectional survey approach with a quantitative research design was used (N = 13 911). The South African Employee Health and Wellness Survey (SAEHWS) was administered to explore the experiences of bullying behaviour, POS and turnover intention.Main findings: Bullying by superiors is more prevalent than bullying by colleagues. A positive relationship exists between workplace bullying and turnover intention. Role clarity, participation in decision-making and supervisory relationship moderates the relationship between bullying by superiors and turnover intention.Practical/managerial implications: This study creates an awareness of the prevalence of workplace bullying in the South African context so that sufficient counteraction can be encouraged.Contribution/value-add: This study contributes to the limited research regarding workplace bullying in the South African context by quantifying the relationships between workplace bullying POS and turnover intention.How to cite this article: Van Schalkwyk, L., Els, C., & Rothmann, S. “…(15) Loši međusobni sestrinski odnosi imaju velike posljedice i na njegu pacijenata, jer medicinske sestre koje imaju loš međusobni odnos izbjegavaju da zatraže pomoć ili da steknu nova znanja prilikom pružanja njege. (16) Moore i saradnici su u svojoj studiji prikazali posljedice lošeg međusobnog odnosa između medicinskih sestara. Na pitanje da li su zbog lošeg međusobnog odnosa razmišljale o napuštanju sestrinske struke, većina (79%, n=57) je odgovorila negativno, dok je 15 ispitanica (21%) razmišljalo o napuštanju struke.…”

Ovo je dovelo da nezvanična himna sestara bude ču-vena pjesma "I can't get no satisfaction" benda Rollingstones.Medicinske sestre predstavljaju temelj zdravstvenih ustanova, te je njihova svakodn.evna aktivnost veoma složena i zahtjevna što često na pravi pogled može i da zavara.U svakodnevnom radu pored stručnog znanja i vještina koje primjenjuju, bitan segment njihovog rada je i komunikacija. Komunkacija sa pacijentima i njihovom porodicom sa jedne strane, sa druge strane komunikacija sa ljekarima i drugim zdravstvenim radnicima i zaposlenima u zdravstvu. Komunikacija se odvija na relaciji sa osobljem istog, višeg ili nižeg nivoa obrazovanja, pa su često u situaciji da razgovor moraju prilagoditi sagovorniku na adekvatan način što nekad iziskuje dodatno vrijeme i napor. A da bi to mogle da sprovode, naravno moraju imati adekvatno znanje, obrazovanje i kulturološke vještine. Takođe su bitna spona u komunikaciji između pacijenta i doktora.Da bi medicinske sestre efi kasno obavljale svakodnevne zadatke, veoma je bitno da se očuva zadovoljstvo bavljenja sestrinstvom, kao profesijom što često bude stavljeno na zadnje mjesto ili potpuno zaboravljeno.Od 2008. godine i u Republici Srpskoj se promovišu diplomirane medicinske sestre koje još uvijek nisu involvirane u zdravstveni sistem. Položaj diplomiranih medicinskih sestara u sistemu zdravstva Republike Srpske odraz je stanja u zdravstvu, koje diplomirane medicinske sestre subjektivno doživljavaju frustrirajućim, bilo zbog odnosa sa drugim kolegama ili zbog vrednovanja sestrinstva u sistemu i društvu.Ukoliko ovo zanimanje ne bude dovoljno atraktivno, postavlja se pitanje kako zainteresovati mlade ljude da upisuju studij zdravstvene njege i kako će funkcionisati sistem koji će u skoroj budućnosti biti konfrontiran sa velikim defi citom diplomiranih medicinskih sestara. Do- Problemi diplomiranih medicinskih sestara u svakodnevnoj praksiDuška Jović 1 , Darija Knežević 1 , Nataša Egeljić-Mihailović 2 SAŽETAKZnačaj diplomirane medicinske sestre u Republici Srpskoj još uvijek nije dovoljno prepoznat i može se reći da je uloga medicinske sestre u regionu i kod nas, potcijenjena. U zdravstvenom sistemu Republike Srpske još ne postoji sistematizacija kojom bi se defi nisale uloge medicinskih sestara sa različitim nivoima obrazovanja. To dovodi do animoziteta između diplomiranih sestara i drugih članova tima zdravstvene njege, a najveću štetu trpe pacijenti. Cilj ove studije je sagledavanje objektivnih, svakodnevnih radnih problema diplomiranih medicinskih sestara u Republici Srpskoj i njihovo poređenje sa sličnim ili istim problemima sa kojima se susreću diplomirane medicinske sestre pri radu u drugim zemljama. Upotrijebljena je metodu pregleda literature u međunarodnim bazama podataka u periodu od 21.12.2014 do 31.12.2014.
