Similarly, Longo and Sherman (2007) suggest that superiors manipulate behaviour and often protect the bully instead of the victims. As a result, reporting bullying behaviour is often an unsatisfactory solution, especially since superiors are more likely to be associated with being the 'support from the organisation'.…”
